This rope will be perfect for you. When you adjust it, there might be extra cable on the ends. You can cut the extra length off as you need.

Yes, I am only a few inches taller than you and it works just fine. "Too long" is never a problem, as you can always just take scissors and cut it shorter. That would take you literally 1 minute to do. Now "too short" is an issue you'd have to worry about, but the rope has more than adequate length.

It's good for anyone, you don't have to be an MMA fighter or boxer haha. I use it for my daily cardio and I'm 6ft tall. Just control the speed at which you rotate your wrist and you'll be fine.
